Video and animations cannot be included in the file

File Should be ppt/pptx format

Poster should be in landscape orientation. (Not in Portrait)

Slide should be in 16:9 Aspect ratio

Page size: 10in(width) x 5.625in(height). Aspect ratio: (16:9)

Contents should not be over crowded

Symbols, diagrams and other images included should be clear enough to view on large screen

Recommended Font: Font size should not be less than 10pt, Font type: Calibri(Body), Cambria, Arial (Bold), Adobe Garamond Pro

Slide should be in 16:9 Aspect ratioBackground should be light (Recommended: White) if dark text is being used

Maximum file size is 10M

Greetings from ATICON 2026

The organizing team is happy to announce the abstract submission date for poster and paper presentations at the ATICON 2026

Abstracts can be submitted from 1st March 2026 onwards.

The Guidelines for abstract submission are as follows.

Abstracts/ case reports must be original and must not have been published/sent for publication before presenting at ATICON 2026.

The first author should be the corresponding author and presenter can be one of the authors. It is the responsibility of the first author to ensure that all the authors mentioned have given their consent.

Authors must indicate their preferences (oral/poster) of presentation and category during submission process, but the decision for the selection for each type and their mode of presentation as well as the category will be by the scientific committee of ATICON 2026. This decision is final and binding.

Last date for submission of abstract is 15th May 2026.

Abstracts must be submitted Online via official Conference Website ONLY.

No changes can be made after online submission of the abstract.

Conference registration is mandatory for presenting the paper/poster at the ATICON 2026.

Abstract title should not exceed 25 words and Abstract text must not exceed 300 words.

Abstracts should be submitted in the format prescribed below.

ALL ABSTRACTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS:

1. Research Paper / Original Study

The title of the Abstract should not contain more than 25 words and the text of the `Abstract’ should contain no more than 300 words in MS Word format, Times new roman, font size 12, double spacing lines. It should be structured in the following manner:

Mention the Key Words & word counts in the abstract as well as case reports.

NOTE: The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract, if the abstract is not submitted as per the guidelines.

  • The Abstract/case reports Submitter grants the Organizers a copyright license to reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the text of the Content on a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive basis.

  • The Organizers reserve the right to remove from publication and/or presentation abstract/case reports which do not comply with the above.

PUBLICATION OF PAPERS:

The papers that have been accepted will be published in proceedings of ATICON 2026. Organizing Committee holds all publication rights including copyright unless otherwise intimated to the authors by Organizing Committee in writing.
