Abstract Guidelines

Abstract Submission Announcement

Dear Colleagues, 

Greetings from ATICON 2026. 

The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that abstract submissions for Poster and Paper Presentations will open from:  1st March 2026 

Last Date for Submission: 20th April 2026 

General Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts / Case Reports must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • The First Author will be considered the Corresponding Author.
  • The presenter may be any one of the authors.
  • It is the responsibility of the First Author to ensure consent from all co-authors.
  • Authors must indicate their preferred presentation mode (Oral / Poster).
  • Final decision regarding selection and presentation category will be made by the Scientific Committee of ATICON 2026 (Decision is final).
  • Abstracts must be submitted ONLINE only via the Official Conference Website
  • No changes can be made after final submission.
  • Conference registration is mandatory for presenting.

Research Paper / Original Study Format

Abstract must be structured as follows:

  • Title
  • Author Information
  • Institutional Affiliation / Department
  • Phone & E-mail
  • Background and Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
  • Key Words
  • Word Count

Abstract Formatting Guidelines

Title & Word Limit

  • Title: Maximum 25 words
  • Abstract Text: Maximum 300 words
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: Double spaced
  • Submit in MS Word format
  • Mention Word Count and Keywords

Case Study / Case Report Format

Abstract must be structured as follows:

  • Title
  • Author Information
  • Institutional Affiliation / Department
  • Phone & E-mail
  • Background and Objectives
  • Case Study
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Key Words
  • Word Count

Important Note

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract not submitted as per the prescribed guidelines.

Submitters’ Declarations

During submission, authors must confirm:

  • The abstract/case report has been reviewed and all information is correct.
  • No modifications can be made after final submission.
  • All authors have given consent for presentation and publication
  • The Organizers are granted copyright license to reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content on a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive basis.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to remove abstracts not complying with guidelines.

Publication of Accepted Papers

Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of ATICON 2026.

The Organizing Committee holds all publication rights including copyright unless otherwise communicated in writing.

All presenting authors are requested to strictly follow the technical specifications below:

File Format & Size

  • File must be in PPT / PPTX format only
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB
  • Videos and animations are NOT permitted

Slide Specifications

  • Orientation: Landscape only (Portrait not allowed)
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9
  • Page Size: 10 inches (Width) × 5.625 inches (Height)

Design & Content Guidelines

  • Avoid overcrowding of content
  • Use clear symbols, diagrams, and high-resolution images suitable for large screen display
  • Background should be light (Recommended: White) if dark text is used

Recommended Fonts

  • Minimum font size: 10 pt
  • Suggested font types:
    Calibri (Body), Cambria , Arial (Bold) , Adobe Garamond Pro.
